Important YaYa21man Delivery Information

As we are based in the UK, we offer 2 alternative methods of delivery if you live on the UK mainland, either Standard Delivery or Premium Next Day. Please note that for a few postcodes, we cannot guarantee a Next Day Delivery - if you are unsure, please contact us at customerservice@yaya21.co.uk or use the Contact Us form, and we will be delighted to help. Please also be aware that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes for reasons of security

For all European, EU,  North America (USA and Canada) and Rest of World we offer Standard Delivery only. Please note that if you are outside the EU you may have to pay duty and / or import charges on the goods ordered. which become payable once the goods reach their country of destination

UK STANDARD DELIVERY
3 - 4 working days, available Monday to Saturday, except Bank Holidays. Price is subject to the weight / size of the product(s) you have ordered.
Category A - small items such as wallets and washbags, £3.99
Category B - medium sized items such as most messenger bags, laptop bags and briefcases, £4.99
Category C - larger items such as overnight bags, £6.99
A signature will be required on delivery, and if there is no-one in to receive the goods and sign for them, a card will be left informing you that you missed the delivery. Your parcel may be left in a safe place, or with a neighbour, in which case the card will give you full details

UK PREMIUM NEXT DAY DELIVERY (excluding Channel Islands, offshore and Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Next day overnight delivery, available Monday to Friday, except Bank Holidays. Orders must be received by 1.00pm for Next Day Delivery
As above, price will depend on the weight / size of the product(s) you have ordered

Please note that if we are advised by our Payment Provider or any other professional adviser to conduct further investigations into the legitimacy of a payment and or any other details of a transaction, YaYa21 reserves the right to withhold delivery until we are fully satisfied that the transaction is legitimate and has been fully approved / payment fully cleared. Should fraudulent transactions take place, we will always notify the relevant authorities

EUROPE, EU AND SCANDINAVIA STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery, 4 - 8 working days
The cost of delivery to EU and Scandinavian countries can vary. will usually be as per the table below, but for certain destinations, there may be a surcharge. When you check out, our system will automatically calculate your delivery charge against your delivery address. It is better if possible if we delivery to a work address as deliveries can only be made Monday to Friday. If you are not in, a card will be left telling you where to collect your parcel, or where it has been left for you. NORTH AMERICA (USA and CANADA) and REST of WORLD STANDARD DELIVERY
Standard delivery, 8 - 10 working days USA / Canada, 10 - 14 working days Rest of World
The cost of delivery to USA and Canada and various other destinations worldwide can vary. It is usually £19.99 (small items such as wallets), £29.99 (most messenger bags, laptop bags and briefcases), or £39.99 , but for certain destinations, there may be a surcharge. When you check out, the our system will automatically calculate your delivery charge against your delivery address.
Please note that for international destinations outside the EU it is not unusual for delays at Customs and there may be duty and / or import charges to pay. This is totally beyond our control and we will be able to supply no information regarding your parcel's release to you
